Desired Candidate's Job Profile (Job Requirements)
Major Responsibilities & Deliverables:
  • Establish and maintain client relationships whilst identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities.
  • Present technical sales presentations and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Responsible for maintaining good relationship with existing clients and build a strong relationship with new clients.
  • Responsible for Follow up of enquires.
  • Review Current Client Requirement and market updates with the superiors Skills.
  • Planning and organizing.
  • To identify marketing opportunities by identifying customers’ requirements; defining market, competitors share, and competitors strengths and weaknesses.
  • Forecasting projected business.
  • Establishing targeted market share.
  • To initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • To ensure active presentation of the Company’s services to potential Customers, Institutional Customers, and get specified on their projects and works.
  • To organize visits, presentation and demonstration of the Company’s services to Government & Semi Government organizations and get specified on their projects and works.
  • To formulate business plans and sales strategies to ensure active and regular contact and coverage of institutions and individuals for their projects and requirements.
  • To develop, train, guide and manage a sales-team and work towards the achievement of the Company’s goals and sales targets.
  Core Competencies:
  • Well-versed with current trends and culture in Dubai
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic would be beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen and effective sales negotiation skills
  • UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Leadership skills
  • Existing close contacts in the UAE with key clients
