Desired Candidate's Job Profile (Job Requirements)
Roles & Responsibilities: ·         Manage several campaigns for each and all of the company’s division. ·         Plan, develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition. ·         Drive new user acquisition and leads via various paid search engine marketing platforms, including but not limited to Google AdWords, Bing, Yahoo Gemini, Apple Search etc. ·         Create and implement campaign A/B test experiments to identify optimal campaign settings. ·         Prepare design assets for Google Display Network Campaigns in Photoshop by sourcing images, resizing images and placing text overlay, logos and iconography on raw images. ·         Continuously monitor, identify and improve all three components of the AdWords Quality Score: Ad Relevance, Expected CTR, and Landing Page Experience. ·         Monitor and test campaign SMART bidding strategies: Target CPA, Target ROAS, Enhanced CPC, Maximized Conversions, and more. ·         Create and implement campaign A/B test experiments to identify optimal campaign settings. ·         Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them. ·         Analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions writing engaging copy for adverts. ·         Proof-reading, making creative suggestions for advert templates producing detailed analysis and reports of campaign. Qualifications: ·         Bachelor’s degree/any equivalent ·         3-4 years of work experience ·         Google AdWords & Analytics Certified Core Competencies: ·         Create and implement campaign A/B test experiments to identify optimal campaign settings ·         Use information, data and resources to proactively identify and solve problems to get the job done. Understanding SEO metrics and placements
