Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handle team to ensure the target achievement.
  • Conduct team meetings to ensure the KPIs, daily reports etc are on track.
  • Motivate, cooperate and coordinate with the team to fulfill the organization goal.
  • Follow company procedures, achieve a set sales target, and meet KPI requirements.
  • Keep up to date with the market including new developments and changes in regulations.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with developers and investors.
  • Advise investors when it comes to any real estate investment opportunities in Dubai.
  • Travel on business trips to potential markets and meet with individuals and organizations who have a high net worth to promote, market, and sell off-plan & ready properties in Dubai.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyer needs and financial resources.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.   
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  Basic Requirements:
  • Over 8-10 years of real estate experience in UAE real-estate market, who’ve dealt with high net-worth individuals in the past and has good contacts to sell the properties based in U.A.E.
  • Must have at least 4 years of team management experience.
  • Should be able to build his/her own team.
  • Good management Skills, leadership skills, People skills and communication skills are must.
  • Bachelor’s degree & RERA certified brokers preferred.
  • In addition to English, fluency Arabic/Russian/Chinese/Urdu/Hindi/Turkish will be an advantage.
  • An understating of the UAE real estate market and familiarity with leasehold and freeholds, off plans, ready to move in, commercial real estate, rentals, and occupancy costs.
  • Experience working with MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge with CRM system is a plus.
  • Candidates from brokerage firms are preferred.
  • Off plan property sales experience is must.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and business communication skills.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy.
