Eligibility Criteria for SBI Recruitment of Sports Persons for 2024-25
- Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have graduated in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Sports Achievements:
- Candidates must have represented the country in an international event or their state in a national event in the last three years.
- Age Limit:
- For Officer posts: 21 to 30 years as of April 1, 2024.
- For Clerical posts: 20 to 28 years as of April 1, 2024.
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
- Sports Disciplines:
- The recruitment is open for the following sports: Basketball, Cricket, Football, Hockey, Volleyball, Kabaddi, Table Tennis, and Badminton.
- Fitness:
- Candidates must be active sportspersons and fit enough to participate in future tournaments.
Application Process
- Online Registration: From July 24, 2024, to August 14, 2024.
- Application Fee: Candidates must pay the application fee online.
- Documents Required: Candidates need to upload necessary documents and certificates during the application process.
Selection Process
- Initial Shortlisting: Based on sports achievements and qualifications.
- Assessment Test: Candidates will undergo an assessment test to evaluate their skills and fitness.
