Eligibility Criteria for Engagement of Specialist Cadre Officers (SCO) on Contract Basis for SBI Wealth Management
Educational Qualification:

- Wealth Management: At least 8 years of experience in Wealth Management, with 12 years of experience in the financial sector.
- Digital Leadership: For roles in digital leadership, a minimum of 18 years of work experience in digital transformation roles within the BFSI sector, with at least 5 years at a senior management level.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent knowledge of equity products, portfolio management services (PMS), alternate investments, and mutual funds1.
- Experience in market analytics, product development, and structuring for private wealth clients.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, campaign management, and social media strategies for relevant roles.
Age Limit:
The age limit varies depending on the specific role but generally ranges from 30 to 50 years.
