Eligibility Criteria for SBI Recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers (SCO) on Regular & Contractual Basis
1. Educational Qualifications:
- Regular Positions:
- Manager (Development Lead): BE/BTech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communications or MCA/MTech/MSc in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communications from a recognized university.
- Deputy Manager (Database Administrator): BE/BTech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communications or MCA/MTech/MSc in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communications from a recognized university.
- Other Positions: Similar qualifications in relevant fields.
- Contractual Positions:
- Central Research Team (Product Lead): MBA/PGDM/PGDBM from a recognized university or CA/CFA. Preferred qualifications include NISM Investment Advisor/Research Analyst Certificate/CFP/NISM 21A or 21B.
2. Work Experience:
- Regular Positions: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification essential work experience in relevant fields such as Banking/Finance in a supervisory capacity.
- Contractual Positions: Specific experience requirements vary by role but generally include relevant industry experience in the specified domain.
3. Age Limit:
- Regular Positions: Generally, the maximum age limit is around 30-40 years, depending on the specific role.
- Contractual Positions: Age limits can vary, but typically candidates should be within the range of 25-35 years.
